1. Director General (Islamabad Water) – PPS-10
- Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (1st class) + Master’s (1st class) in Urban Water Utility/ Sanitary/ PHE/ Environment Engineering.
- Experience: 17 years in managerial roles.
- Age Limit: 45 – 50 Years
- Note: PEC registration is mandatory.
2. Director (Admin/HR/Law) – PPS-9
- Education: Master’s in Public/Business Administration. LLB/LLM is a plus.
- Experience: 12 years in managerial positions.
- Age Limit: 40 – 45 Years
3. Director (P&D) – PPS-9
- Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Urban Water Utility/ Sanitary/ PHE/ Environment.
- Experience: 12 years (field + management).
- Age Limit: 40 – 45 Years
- Note: PEC registration is must.
4. Director (Civil) – PPS-9
- Education: Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Environment Engineering + Master’s in Water Management/ Sanitary/ PHE.
- Experience: 12 years in relevant public/private sectors.

5. Director (Finance & Revenue) – PPS-9
- Education: CA/ACCA/ACMA or Master’s in Finance/Commerce/Economics.

Eligibility & Requirements For CDA Islamabad Management Jobs
- To be considered for the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Management Posts in Islamabad, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: All degrees must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Applicants with additional qualifications or advanced degrees in relevant fields will be given preference.
- Professional Registration: For engineering-related positions, valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
- Relevant Experience: Candidates must possess substantial experience in their respective fields, particularly in managerial roles. Those with experience in government organizations or reputable public/private sector institutions will be prioritized.
- Additional Preference: Preference will also be given to individuals who hold a higher degree in the relevant discipline, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and have hands-on knowledge of project execution and team management.
