Eligibility Criteria For NBP Jobs
Education / Qualification
- Minimum Graduation from HEC-recognized local or international university.
- Master’s degree or professional qualifications will be preferred.
Experience
- At least 2 years of banking experience, ideally in:
- Relationship management
- Credit risk management
- Recovery portfolio handling
Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of SME and wholesale banking
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Key Responsibilities For NBP Jobs
- Assist in remedial management of non-performing portfolio.
- Prepare proposals for out-of-court settlements, rehabilitation, and restructuring.
- Liaise with Legal and Credit Divisions to prepare action plans.
- Follow up on NPL (Non-Performing Loans) accounts regularly.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports for management reviews.
- Ensure compliance with SBP and internal policies.
- Make client calls, coordinate recoveries, and handle relevant transactions.
- Support supervisors in preparing presentations for senior management.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
